Infrastructures and resources

The Movinord group employs a staff of 270 people.

Its production facilities and head offices are located in Berrioplano, Navarra (Spain). They take up a surface area of 20,500 m2 and are equipped with the following production lines:

• Partitions: profiling, paintshop, fixture assembly, lamination, edging, panel machining and packing.
• Ceiling profiles: profiling and packing.
• Metal ceilings: sheet drawing, paintshop, acoustic fleece fitting and packing.
• Climate control tiles: adhesion of metal tiles, adhesion of the system and insulation, and packing.
• Access floors: drawing, welding, paintshop, cement-filling, lamination and packing.

Movinord has had significant production capacity in Argentina since 2005, when it bought Phonex Isocor, a 5,000 m2 industrial plant for the manufacture of metal ceilings and ceiling profiles. Movinord’s subsidiary in Brazil also has a small production unit in order to provide a quick response to demand in Brazil and neighbouring countries.

Industrial capacity

Thanks to the flexibility of our production systems, we are able to provide an effective response to demand.

Our production capacity, together with high stock capacities, means we can respond to large-scale orders quickly.

Our yearly production capacity, based on two working shifts, is:

• Partitions: 630,000 m²
• Ceiling profiles: 30,000,000 m
• Metal ceilings: 250,000 m²
• Access floors: 500,000 m²
