Project
Founded in 1961, ULMA CYES COOP?s head offices are in Oñate (Guipúzcoa, Spain). ULMA manufactures and sells industrialised building systems, providing its customers with a technical project service, material hire and installation. It has one of Europe?s largest production plants, with totally automated processes and 20 branches in Spain.

Requirements
The distribution project for ULMA?s Madrid branch offices consisted of fitting out management offices, meeting rooms, utility room and server room.

Solutions
The Fuga version of the M92 demountable partition system with hidden profiling was chosen, complemented with wall cover and wall storage. The Haya and Azul panel finishes were selected, while the profiling was painted Gris Metallic. Blind and glazed modules were alternated in order to allow for the passage of natural light without losing intimacy. The wall cover on the staircases was fitted to a height of 6 m.
The installed surface consisted of 524 m² of partitioning, 31 m² of wall storage and 190 m² of wall cover.
